The space

Welcome to your seaside family getaway in Kingsdown, Deal! This cheerful chalet is just moments from the beach, making it the perfect base for sandcastle building, rock-pool adventures, and evening strolls along the shore. Inside, you’ll find a cosy living space, a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals, and comfy bedrooms that make bedtime after a busy day by the sea a breeze. There’s also a little outdoor space where grown-ups can relax with a cuppa while the kids run off some energy.

The holiday park is packed with fun for all ages. Dive into the heated indoor swimming pool, take on a round of mini golf, or rally together for a family tennis match. Little ones will love the play area, while the on-site bakery is perfect for a morning treat. Parents can enjoy a well-earned drink at the bar, and the handy shop means you’ll never be caught short of snacks or supplies.

When you’re ready to explore, Kingsdown village is just a short walk away with friendly pubs, a local deli, and shops. For a bigger day out, head to nearby Deal where you can wander through markets, visit castles, or enjoy an ice cream on the seafront. Guest acccess is via Lockbox. There is free parking on site.

Additional notes

All on site amendmities are shared. such as the swimming pool, mini golf ect. The chalet is private to you throughout your stay.

The swimming pool closes from the end of October until the February half term school holiday. The exception being that it reopens over the Christmas Holiday Period until January 2nd.

Chalet 46 is the only chalet that has a 52 week lease meaning we are open for bookings all year round.

We are prepared to take on a “ long term “ booking if yoou are thinking about staying for a month or so.
